With construction of the Studio Underground complete, both the studio and adjacent rehearsal room are now undergoing preliminary electrical and mechanical fit-out.

The construction focus has now moved to Heath Ledger Theatre with the walls, stage and orchestra pit for the theatre being built. Steelwork for the main foyer has commenced and work is also underway on the ancillary plant rooms.

Back of house work has commenced on the main service and management areas.

Over the coming months work will continue on the William Street buildings and the construction of the fly tower which once complete will stand at 29 metres above street level.
